Yes, many of our products are non-solvent based and our range of plastic approved tools are designed to offer no harmful dusts or residues. Similarly many of our products are non – VOC and non – HAP.

Elixair SkyRestore is designed to soften up or digest cured sealants, this sealant can then be removed easily with our re-useable approved plastic scrapers and the surface can be cleaned of residue using our aqueous wipes called SkyWipes. Typically this environmentally safer method can reduce maintenance times by up to 90%.

Yes, our product range is very effective at removing floor tapes and we have specially designed tooling called the SkyBlade for doing this. In addition our products will remove a multitude of general adhesives.

Yes, in fact a number of composite manufacturers use our products in the manufacturing stages and our products will not harm or damage composite materials.

All of our scrapers are approved by the major OEMS and used by a number of leading MRO’s across the globe. The SkyScraper can be re-sharpened up to 40 times using our specially designed handheld milling machine; the SkyMill Revolution. This means consumables costs can be massively reduced whilst the operator or engineer can complete the task with a comfortable to use tool knowing that the SkyScraper he / she is using has the added benefit of being more durable, whilst still safe to the aircraft, than any other scraper on the market.
